Dahlia Bloom Therapy is in network with the following insurance plans:

  • BCBS Choice/Preferred PPO

  • United HealthCare PPO/Optum

  • Aetna PPO

Out of Network

If Dahlia Bloom is out of network with your insurance carrier, we can offer a superbill for you to provide to your insurance company.

Self Pay

If you choose not to use insurance Dahlia Bloom offers services at an out pocket cost.

  • Individual therapy - $175 per session
